i've only been on effexor for about 8 weeks now, and so far, i'm quite happy with the results. however, i've been reading about everyone's withdrawl experience and it sounds horrible.
i have a question for those of you opening the capsules. are you putting it in applesauce like the effexor website suggests (since it is a specialized time release capsule)? i really appreciate hearing about the different ways people are trying to get off the drug, and i guess i'm using your experiences to plan ahead.
