Lexapro panic/nausea/heart pounding

Whoa -- I just took my first Lexapro after not being on it for 6 weeks. I never had side effects before, but now my heart is pounding rapidly and I feel incredibly nauseated!

Is this normal? On just one little pill? What could cause this? Is it that my brain already has necessary serotonin and this is _too_ much stimulus?
