Call your doctor immediately. Usually when someone develops a rash on a medication, they are switched to something else, as it may indicate an allergic reaction. To my knowledge, when someone develops a rash on a drug, unless there are absolutely no other reasonable alternatives, the standard procedure is to discontinue the drug. In your case, you might be able to get away with going back to a lower dosage, but that's something that should be left up to your doctor's judgement.
