Magdalena, My husband has taken paxil for about 2 years now and it has helped so very much. He also takes cloneazepam with it. Right now he is experiencing lack of motivation. Could sleep for hours and hours. It is amazing how it works when you are not in an anxious type of situation. His dose is much higher than yours. He has lowered to about 40mg at this time. He has been tappering back and has had major withdrawals. Prozac helps with the withdrawals. Finished with the Prozac and now just paxil and cloneazepam. We are wondering though if a stimulant can be added for motivation. Caffeine makes him sleepy unless sugar is added. Then it works but makes you gain weight if you have to do that daily. Good Luck, Bluebird
