I have been a pot smoker for years, and about 2 years ago started on Paxil. For a while, and before the Paxil, I stopped smoking because of paranoia. A friend of mine who also got on Paxil told me he loved to smoke bud with Paxil, and that he didn't have any paranoia. So, I began smoking again about a year and a half ago, and couldn't enjoy it more. I try not to get stoned anymore, but I do smoke enough to get fairly high and then stop. I no longer have any paranoia, so the combo has been great.
Again though, each person is different, but for my friend and myself, we both think its actually better smoking on Paxil than before.keep us posted on your results/decision!
