all i can tell you is that i went back on when i first stopped after the withdrawal got to be too much. but i cut down a bit more slowly and now, finally, i am off completely. i am only on day 6 or 7 however, and still dealing with mild zings. nothing near as bad as before though. i can still function and i'm not shaking...
