I noticed a big difference in efficacy when I increased from 10mg to 15mg. I have since tried backing off to 10mg, but 15mg is the point where the med really starts to work for me. From my expereince, I would highly recommend the jump from 10mg to 15mg if you're not where you want to be. The transition was relatively smooth for me. Temporary increase in anxiety and slight increase in sexual side-effects, but all in all the ride was smooth. Lexapro working faster than other ADs is bullshit to me. It slowly builds over time. I've been on it for months, and things only continue to get better.
