Hi Panda,
I have taken anywhere from 6mg to 75mg of Seroquel for sleep. Average of about 1/2 of 25mg (12.5). And I wake up feeling a bit hungover from it - again thank god for coffee. So even at that low dose, I get knocked out and sleep a good solid 8-10 hours on that dose. I'm sensitive so I react to less doses than most. I wouldn't discount your experience. Everyone is different.
