Mystic, was the panic you felt kinda like too much caffeine? Did you feel like you were shaking from the inside. If so, I have felt that on Lexapro and still do from time to time. It will get much better. Did you see your doc today or is that tomorrow? Let me know what happended. I still think you should give lex more of a chance. You are already seeing improvement and the ups and downs are so normal. It will even out around 6-7 weeks. At least it did for me. Bye for now. Mrs. C
