Hi BIGDaddyachmed69 :
The following quote caught my eyes;
>>> last year I was prescribed Risperdal, and had a similar reaction...luckily I don't feel depressed the way I did on Risperdal. <<<
In my knowledge from my personal experience along with the reading/hearing, this med., Zyprexa is Atypical med., and its property/effectiveness is quite similar to Risperdal you took in the past. Just Risperdal is more potent than Zyprexa.
Normally, one of the AP med., Risperdal did NOT help the symptoms you have, then the same form of med., Zyprexa might NOT alleviate the symptoms, either, because their properties/effectiveness is quite similar, just Risperdal is more potent than other APs, thus works more likely for delusional and psychotic features,.
In my guess, .... 'disturbing dreams' might be related to Anxiety you have. Thus, if disturbing dreams would continue/progress, you may need to talk to your pdoc., because without any noticeable benefit from Zyprexa, it's better to search for other form of med. that does not produce 'bad dreams,' because it's important to sleep as peaceful and comfortable as possible.

Besides this, above, in my personal experience, OCD is often brought by depression and other form of M.I. However, this may vary from person to person along with the severity of your mental disorder.
H.G.
