I'm having an attack and I know it but I can't do anything but keep stressing on it right now. I've been on Lexapro for about 2 weeks and today I have a pain in the middle of my chest and my mind is racing. I just took an adivan but I've read a lot of people have results with xanax. Does anybody have any advice on the difference between the two. I'm so flipping out right now and I just want this to go away...Help
