Severe anxiety

Posted by jms600 on March 4, 2004, at 17:03:28

Hello everyone,

OK, from what I can gather from the postings I've read on this site Amisulpride/Sulpiride are amongst the best drugs to take for severe anxiety.

I suffer from all the known types of anxiety (apart from OCD) fairly severely as well as depression (I think the anxiety is the cause of my depression). I'm going to see my doctor next week and am going to ask about trying Amisulpride/Sulpiride. I'm currently on 225mg Effexor.

What have people found to be the most suitable dose of Amisulpride/Sulpiride for severe anxiety (including panic attacks, GAD, social anxiety, co-morbid depression)?

Thanks!
