Hi Tonya,
It's possible that the Lexapro is starting to kick in, you might be sensitive to meds which can make them act faster. Or maybe simply knowing that you've taken a step towards recovery is helping you to feel better.
Also, sometimes Lexapro can give you an overly energized feeling. This goes away after a few weeks. It's wonderful that you're starting to see improvements after such a short time.
