I think you're looking for feedback from the people who have had problems stopping, and I've never tried. But I thought I'd mention that even the medical sources that advise against continuous benzo usually say there shouldn't be any withdrawal problems after two weeks or fewer of daily use. Beyond that, I suppose it varies by person.
