Lexman, I would suggest that you add Wellbutrin to the 10mg Lexapro. That may help with the sexual side effects, give more energy, and help with depression.
After a couple of weeks of Wellbutrin, if you feel you need an increase, take the Lexapro up to 15 mg. Discuss these options with your doc.
I personally am doing very well with 20 mg Lexapro and 150 mg of Wellbutrin XL.
