K, thanks for your post. It was very encouraging for me to hear such positive results from increasing dosage. I am considering increasing as well and hope that I make the right decision. I am doing okay at 10mg but still feel the "shadow" lurking daily. I'm so happy for you that you are doing much better and it's so wonderful that you are willing to encourage others. Thanks. Mrs. C
