I've been there...in the last few months I have really gone backwards in terms of my anxiety...i struggled as well. I'm not an expert, but you just have to remember that this is temporary. Have you thought about seeking furthur treatment. None of the SSRI's worked for me, just made me feel sick and such. I'm on my first day of Klonopin and feeling relief already.
