I've had the same troubles. My pdoc said that it was highly unlikely caused by the med but everything stopped when I stopped taking lexapro. This is unfortunate because it was really working for me in other areas but I couldn't handle getting up 3-4x a night to run to the bathroom.
Interstitial cystitis was also mentioned to me (it can be caused by stress) but once again I felt fine as soon as I stopped taking lex.
