I have been on lexapro for 4 months and it has honestly changed my life for the better. I have had periods where I felt the lex was not working as well but I have just ridden it out and have found that things usually get better. I really don't want to take more medication and I think anger, frustration, stress, and sometimes mild depression are all part of being human and having emotions. Don't be too hard on yourself and make sure that you really need the extra med before you increase your dose. I hope that you find the answers you are looking for. Take care!!
