Thunder--
I started out at 75mg a day (i was a little gunshy about wanting to stick to a low dose, i'd been overmedicated heavily by a crummy psychiatrist a few years before) and saw marked improvement but after a month or so i moved up to 150 to maintain the initial effect. Since then it's all been pretty stable.
Anytime i've had a dosage increase i tend to be dizzy/sweaty/twitchy for a few days, but that goes away within a couple of days.
