Been on it for nine months, started at 25mg and titrated slowly up to 100mg, then titrated to 200mg and am now at 300mg.
Yes, I lost weight, 20 pounds so far from loss of appetite.
Side effects: numbness and tingling in hands and feet, cognitive difficulties (at the higher doses, didn't notice that until I was at 300mg)
Weight loss did not happen until 150mg.
