Hi Nemo,
During the first month that I took lex I too noticed an inability to concerntrate. This went away between weeks 5 and 6. Now that I've increased my dose my level of concentration has decreased again. I think once your body adjusts to the lexapro you will be able to follow conversations and study facts again.
