We may be so caught up on sex and orgasms because:
-In depression one loses interest in that
AND
-A lot of drugs for depression dampen libido
and/or impair sexual function.
AND
-I can only speak for myself, but I'm sure there are others like me for whom sex is one of the few remaining pleasures they have access to right now.
AND
-Healthy sex is good physically and psychologically
AND
-It is a healthy form of tension release--a much healthier PRN than Ativan!I could go on ...
