I had the same problem with effexor. It worked wonderfully but it gave be high pulse as well.
I don't know about parnate though, it is very stimulating as well. It gave me a pulse of over 120.
If you do really well on a medication, there is no reason why the doctor shouldn't prescribe a beta blocker or something.
