I'm currently taking Lexapro which, to my surprise, has not had a major impact on sexual function. I found Paxil more effective for SP, but I like the side-effects of Lex a lot better :) Anyway, as far as antidotes go... I've found the herbal product Muira Puama the best remedy for sex side-effects. Unfortunately, it seemed to worsen my depression and anxiety a bit. But fortunately, Lexapro for the most part has been kind to me in the side-effect department.
