I took 20 mg Seroxat (Paxil) and found it to be helpful after about 6 weeks, but it doesn't take that long with everyone. My main problems were anxiety, panic and depression.
I was still getting slightly depressed and anxious on it so my doc raised the does to 30mg, and I saw a noticeable improvement.
