Hey, I looked up Trifluoperazine and it sounds like some kind of anti-psychotic. Those things have all kinds of weird side effects. My friend takes Parnate by itself and has absolutely NO side effects now. When he started it made him feel worn out and cold, but that wore off. He couldn't believe it, because he had all sorts of bad side effects from the other ADs he had been trying for years.
I bet it's that other stuff that's causing your problems, except that if you feel tired it could be the Parnate, and like someone said it can lower your bp.
I'd try really hard to get REAL Parnate. Can't you get it somehow? It seems so weird that your doc and you would be FORCED to give you a drug you don't need or want in order to get the drug you DO need.
