I have a history of eating disorders. I have been on Lexapro a few diff. times & am currently on it. Saw no (visible, at least) weight gain related to the lex that i know of. My friend is on it with no weight gain, and a friend's little sister was on it and she was skinny, no weight gain. If u were on paxil or elavil etc., then gaining weight might be more of a concern, but lex is supposed to be more weight-neutral than many anti-depressants.
