I've been on 10 mg for 39 days and I'm thinking I need to increase my dose. I'll discuss it with my pdoc this Thursday. My depression and anxiety have subsided quite a bit, but I still don't feel well.
Hanging On, I would give it 6 weeks before you increase. The manufacturers website (www.lexapro.com) says it can take 4-6 weeks before lex is effective. If you still aren't feeling better, talk to your pdoc. That's what I'm going to do.
