hello Panic Attack Girl I am also on Effexor. My experience has been pretty good, the side effects go away except for occasional drowsiness, but it is hard to tell if that is due to lack of sleep or not. My main concern was probably sexual side effects, however I have had some great sex on Effexor, after taking Ginseng daily. My orgasms are a little delayed but that can be a good thing correct.
