I can sympathize with your memory loss AND your medical transcription. That's what I do for a living also. I'm taking amoxapine, and I don't know if it's the amoxapine or simply an imploded mind, but I suddenly completely forgot a function on the keyboard that I've been using every day for work for years. I sat there and couldn't remember it. Then my mind just froze and I couldn't think at all. That lasted about 15 seconds. Then I had to go lie down to regain my composure. Then, about an hour later, I could remember the function as usual. I guess it's something some of us must suffer in the management of our sanity (as well as some of those dictators!).
