Tracee, How are you feeling? Agitation is quite common with ssri's of course many people experience other side effects. Was your agitation present before the ssri, worse or better after initiating the ssri? Some docs have a very difficult time seperating the actual dx symtoms from the side effects. Treating side effects is common [particularly in the elderly]. Have a good day! Micro
