Not when experienced. Especially little xanex. Just swallow. Even w/ dry mouth. When you need your anti-anxity, you can take it. Am I alone??
My best friend and I both take xanex as needed. Her anxiety attacks are severely worse than mine. WE have no problems taking any pills without water. We thought it was kind of sad, they go right down for us . were used to taking them. Sometimes even for recreation!!! Lame, I know.
