What SLS said is right on. Mirapex was a miracle for me when I first tried it, providing me with boundless motivation, creativity, and freedom from depression (I believe I was taking it along with Klonopin and Lexapro at the time... not exactly sure). After several months I began to experience narcoleptomimetic side effects though... too bad. I've heard Symmetrel (amantadine -- another dopamine agonist) may be a better option, though anyone I've spoken with whose tried Requip reports experiences identical to that which I went through with Mirapex.
