I am on 20mg Lexapro and started at 150mg of wellbutrin XL. I was feeling angry and resentful and very irritable. The doc upped it after a month cause I still felt pretty irritable. It has worked quite well for me. As someone said before, I am more patient, less angry, more able to accept and focus on things. I had signifigant abdominal discomfort for the first month but now all is back to normal. It has been worth it to me to ride out the side effects as long as I possibly can.
