Thanks Mariposa for the words of encouragement. Last night i skipped my dose and took .25 mgs of xanax and got some uninterupted sleep (3-4 hours) then was able to actually GO back to sleep. I think i'll take 1/2 my dose of Lex tonite...and do that until i go to the doc next tuesday. I have read on here that some started off slowly on Lex (2.5 and 5 mgs working up to their optimal dose). I just think starting 10mgs up front whacked me out! I know it's not good to self-medicate but i HAD to sleep at least ONE night!
