I agree that Seroquel caused me to be very hung-over the next day. I don't remember getting restful sleep--I just "passed out" from the drug's effect. If you do try Seroquel, I'd get a tablet splitter and only take half a 25mg to start with.
I suggest using something milder if possible, like Trazadone. If you can't sleep because you are anxious, a benzo like oxazapan or lorazapan might be helpful.
Some people get good results from nonprescription antihistamines, like Chlortabs or Benedryl.
