for me it was that remeron made food taste better > didn't matter what it was on remeron it tasted better (especially ice cream). since everything tasted better i ate more of it > ended up gaining a total of 70 lbs. > have since stopped remeron and lost 50 lbs. > remeron worked like a dream for my insomnia and helped my depression > but i couldn't live w/ the weight gain.
