> hey cybercafe, just my advice and experiences. i took ativan about 2 years ago and it did nothing for my anxiety. i asked my doctor to switch me to something stronger. he gave me xanax. this has helped me tremendously. i have not had anxiety or panic attacks in 2 years (assuming you have anxiety). but xanax is a very very good anxiety reliver. hope this helps
well it certainly worked for a while for me..... my doc just switched me to 2 mg clonazepam bid, which seems promising
