It sounds like you are titrating way too fast! I would ask the doctor if you could back off and up the dose slowly...that will halp a lot with the side effects...it did for me...I have been on it for 2 months and I have just now increased to 75 mg....but I am a wimp when it comes to S/E's ;o)not everyone needs to go THAT slow!
