I am diagnosed schizoaffective, with definite social anxiety / agoraphobia. I have just started taking Zyprexa 2.5mg, once a day at night, and it is already helping with all the negative symptoms (depression, anxiety, inhibition) and the positive ones (ideas of reference, audible and visual hallucinations). With your OCD/SA combo, Zyprexa may work, because OCD is driven by delusional thought processes that one does not control. Ideas of reference are somewhat similar in structure. I suggest you ask your doctor about Zyprexa, and see what you can find online about anti-psychotic treatment specifically for OCD/SA.
