Yea,I sometimes get a sore throat the next day and it is hard to breathe.I think the sore throat is due to dehydration cause I also wake up with cracked lips sometimes.It is very scary,,,we need to stop abusing our bodies like this.You know we can't live like this forever./////// What is this Candida that you're talking about???
