if you take the drug, and then it comes---interesting. trazadone does that to me. 15-30 minutes later my heart rate goes up and i get briefly panicked. not 'the big one', but spooky. scared me off trazadone, a good anti-d. i know zip on remeron, but sounds like you're getting the same deal.
