how much are you taking??
is there anything different going on in your life right now that could be bringing you down?
i know someone who is taking lex and her mom just died. she is feeling really bad (naturally so) and thought she needed to increase her lex. i told her that what she was feeling was 'normal' for the circumstances and probably not related to the lex.
