I was at 300xl, but my current pdoc has cut me back because he thinks Im cycling moods , maybe, because of it. He wanted me to go to 200 mg sr. and taper down in aweek to 150 xl. I could tell the difference and just went straight to the 150mg xl. It seems smoother.
