Have you tried Buprenorphine? Anyone else had success with this?

The drug is called memantine (Namenda), and is currently indicated for the treatment of Alzheimers Dementia. I don't have much of a feel as to how effective it might be, but it has been reported to prevent and even reverse the tolerance to the analgesic effects of morphine in mice.
