A bit off-topic, but, sometime ago, you mentioned how you think Olanzapine + MAOI therapy would be very dangerous...you mentioned a James Barbee MD with regards to your comment.

What exactly causes this combination to be so toxic? You also recommend Risperidone or older APs be combined with an MAOI...why?

Do you see Olanzapine as possibly cancelling out the therapeutic effects of an MAOI- even at a lower dose ie 2.5mg? How? Due to serotonin antagonism? But, then, I believed at this dose it is an agonist with regards to 5HT...

What about MAOI + Amisulpride low dose- we are looking at potent dopamine raising...
