Thanks Nitro and Sabina! Your comments were very helpful. My doctor prescribed 100mg to start out with. Has anyone out there started out at such a high dosage? The main reason (well, actually only reason) I'm going to take the Topamax is for weight loss because NOTHING else has helped my weight gain. Have either of you lost any weight and how long have you been on it? Thanks again guys --- Nervz
