I have been exactly where you are now and I know how desperately bad you feel. I had a bad run when I was 20 and then was ok for 16 years and then OD'd twice on the same day two years ago. I am now taking SSRIs and attending a 12 step program and my life has changed to the degree that words fail to describe.
Get to a an NA or AA meeting. Talk to people there.
Find a doctor that will help you detox, ie, get some Klonidine and sleep meds.
The quick detox programs may be a way to come down a little softer but in and of themselves they will not help you stay clean. And in a way they make using again not so scary because you are not faced with the horrific prospect of going thru detox hell.
The first step is always the hardest. Good luck!!!
