I titrated up to 100mg by 25's every seven days and there were times during those weeks when I also felt great for short spells and thought about increasing more rapidly. I have also had brief periods of feeling inexplicably uncomfortable. I would not recommend increasing your dosage any more rapidly than your current schedule for fear that you might regret it. I'm glad your experience with Topamax hasn't been as bad as you had anticipated so far. I hope you will continue to let your body adjust to it slowly. In retrospect, I am glad that I have done it that way. Good luck.
